Shipping policy

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days.

During busy times, such as sales events or major holidays, processing may take up to 5-8 business days due to increased order volumes.

If your order is time-sensitive, like for a birthday gift, please email me with your order number and the date you need it by, and I’ll do my best to ensure it arrives on time.

Since I personally handle all packing and shipping, your patience means the world to me. Thank you so much for your understanding!

 

How long does shipping take?

All orders include a tracking number, except for sticker-only orders (details below). You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

For U.S. orders, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.

If your order is lost, damaged, or hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, feel free to reach out to me at datumjdesign@gmail.com with your order number, and I’ll do my best to assist you!

 

Why doesn't my order include a tracking number?

To make shipping more affordable, sticker-only orders may be sent in a stamped envelope without tracking. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery within the U.S.
