At Datum J Design, each piece is created with care to celebrate culture and storytelling. We hope you love your order as much as we enjoyed making it.

All sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if you experience any issues. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll work with you to evaluate the problem and make it right.

To report an issue, please email us at datumjdesign@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your product, including your order number and photos of the item. Thank you for your cooperation.
