Branding design for a fusion pizzeria based in CA.
| Package Design | Brand Development | Art Direction | Illustration |
The body design revolves around hand-painted tableware and tiles from southern Italy, with unique brushstrokes and rich colors in rustic style. Because Sunnyside Pizzeria is a Chinese and Western fusion Italian restaurant, I brought the traditional Chinese blue-and-white porcelain design into the overall concept which also increases the cultural and visual comprehensiveness and emphasizes the cuisine of meals provided by the restaurant.

Graceful and retro branding design for Moon Bean Vanilla Co.
| Brand Identity | Art Direction | Illustration |
Moon Bean is a business dedicated to sharing hand-processed organic vanilla extracts with the community. The concept is to portray the flavor of vanilla in a symbolic form, with a spoon, and a moon in the starry sky. A spoon is the first utensil people learn to use, metaphorically, to the essentialness of the product to the slow-living lifestyle. The moon is a feminine symbol, it symbolized the “soul” in astrology. Which all-embraced the fundamental idea of “connecting the souls with downshifting,” and the core value of the women-power business culture.

SAMA Confections has high aim characteristics in their brand identity, all the designs were elegant and sleek. This is a packaging design project for different flavors of rock sugar. The concept is featuring candies as pieces of jewelry, and the package as a memorial jewelry box. Rock sugar was popularly used in tea and dessert making across countries, which related to various events, gatherings, and memorial moments. Therefore, I created this design aimed to bring memories and happiness to the audience.
